Gary E. Loesch, P.E. DEE
Gary E. Loesch, PE, DEE, joined H2M in 1975 and is currently the COO/Executive Vice President of the multidiscipline architectural, engineering and environmental services firm, with 275 employees in five offices in New York and New Jersey. His technical expertise is in the field of water and wastewater engineering where he continues to serve clients as an account manager for various municipal entities.
Loesch has been very active in ACEC in many capacities for over 20 years, including serving on the Planning Cabinet, Nominating Committee, and Chaired the Quality Management Committee. He currently participates on the Risk Management Committee and Environment and Energy Committee. On the state level, he was a National Director and President of the ACEC of New York, chaired the State Legislative and Environmental committees and continues to serve on the State Board of Directors, Legislative and Scholarship Committees.
In 2011, ACEC of New York named Loesch Engineer of the Year for his contributions and service to ACEC of New York, the engineering profession, and his community.
Loesch earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master of Engineering (Civil) from Cornell University, and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Adelphi University.
