Stephanie Wagner is the President of Wagner Engineering & Survey, Inc., a civil engineering, land surveying and right-of-way engineering firm located in Northridge, California. She is a well-known leader in the Land Surveying and Civil Engineering Professions in the Los Angeles and Southern California region. Originally from a remote bayou town in southern Louisiana (yes – she is a real Cajun), she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana and attended Tulane University graduate school in New Orleans. Ms. Wagner moved to California in 1984 and founded Wagner Engineering & Survey, Inc. in 1990. She is a Certified Small Business owner with a staff of 25 serving large corridor transportation and transit projects and private developments.

Ms. Wagner is a Registered Professional Engineer, Licensed Land Surveyor and a LEED Accredited Professional. Ms. Wagner has been a university instructor for 5 years and has attained her Lifetime Teaching Credentials in Engineering in the California Community College System.

Stephanie has been actively involved in ACEC for the past 32 years. She has served as the Los Angeles Chapter President and is a Chapter Board Member & California State Director since 2000. She is currently a National Trustee on the ACEC Business Insurance Trust, the California National ACEC PAC Champion and was honored as an ACEC Fellow in 2015. Stephanie is a member of the California Land Surveyors Association, serves as a Board Member of the Sherwood Forest Homeowners Association and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity.
