Linda Moen is the majority owner and managing member of EFK Moen, LLC, a civil engineering design firm with three offices in the St. Louis region, and offices in Chicago and Atlanta. Linda is a graduate of the Mizzou College of Engineering and started her career with the Missouri Department of Transportation in 1985. After 13 years in design and operations in the St. Louis and Jefferson City Districts, Linda left MoDOT and created EFK Moen with three other partners.

EFK Moen has been in business since 1998 providing engineering designs and professional land surveying primarily to state DOT’s, counties and municipalities on significant roadway and bridge projects. As the managing member of the firm, Linda is responsible for financial management, insurance, HR, purchasing, office leases, contract administration, government registration and certifications, in addition to business development, engineering design and personnel management.

Linda joined the ACEC BIT Board of Trustees in July 2024. She served as Chair of the ACEC-Missouri and ACEC-Illinois Boards and is active with ACEC activities in Missouri, Illinois and Georgia, including State and National PACs. Linda is also active in many other industry organizations and has served on the boards of two not-for-profit organizations.
