Daphne is a licensed professional civil engineer at GEI Consultants Inc. with more than 19 years of experience in transportation design, utility coordination, project management, and business development for public and private projects. Her career has focused on delivering solutions on multi-disciplinary transit, tollway, maintenance, municipal roadway, pipeline, and utility coordination projects integrating complex technical design components with client focused business development and marketing practices.

Daphne has been involved with ACEC since 2015 in various capacities for the ACEC Dallas Chapter, including Local Political Committee, Business Practices Committee, Government/Client Relations Committee, and currently serves as Treasurer
